Dennis Gaughan brings over 15 years of experience in corporate information technology and software product marketing to his role at AMR Research. Dennis, a member of the market services team, focuses on IT management and service oriented architecture. He also contributes to research on governance, risk and compliance (GRC). During his tenure as an analyst at AMR Research, Dennis has lead the research for many infrastructure technologies including mobile, RFID, messaging, collaboration, integration and development tools.
Dennis re-joins AMR Research from IBM Corporation, where he was responsible for the product strategy and marketing for the Tivoli security portfolio within IBM’s Software Group. Prior to joining AMR Research, Dennis held a variety of IT management positions, including a term as senior analyst for PepsiCo. His experience running an IT organization as well as developing and supporting applications have contributed to his research expertise in IT governance.
Dennis has spoken on IT strategy, SOA and enabling technologies at several industry conferences, and is frequently quoted in the business and technology press.

Prior to that, she was director of Internet market strategies at the Yankee Group, where she assisted clients in identifying opportunities to leverage the Internet to reach businesses and consumers, generate revenues, and improve efficiency. Michele started her consulting career in Booz Allen & Hamilton's telecommunications group, where she helped telecom companies implement a federally mandated wireline and wireless service prioritization system used during national emergencies.

Mr. Malinverno is a 25-year IT veteran, and his experience ranges across a wide variety of technology platforms. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Malinverno was director of product management and principal consultant for a leading messaging and directory technology provider. In this role, he developed market and technology strategies for the whole product range of the company and was instrumental in developing strategic directions for diverse environments, with many new and emerging technologies.

Maureen Fleming is Program Director for IDC's Business Process Management and Middleware service. This program examines the products and processes used for building, integrating, and deploying applications within an extended enterprise system.
With more than 20 years of industry and analyst experience, Ms. Fleming most recently came from Symantec, where she worked in the strategy and planning group. A major area of focus was examining emerging security technologies aimed at protecting an enterprise's digital assets from outbound threats stemming from bad process and malicious employee behavior.
Prior to Symantec, Ms. Fleming ran marketing for a startup firm focused on commercializing the use of grid technology to deploy content and applications to the edges of networks. She also worked in the product marketing and the office of the CTO groups at Ascential Software before its acquisition by IBM. During her tenure there, she focused on the strategy, planning and product-enablement of real-time data integration. Prior to Ascential, Ms. Fleming led the team at a startup firm that invented the concept of business activity monitoring (BAM). Ms. Fleming was also an analyst at Gartner, where she researched technologies that allowed enterprises to create and manage information, particularly real-time information and the associated enabling technologies.
Ms. Fleming began her career in technology as a programmer for the University of Michigan, where she has a Bachelor's of General Studies degree with concentrations in computer science, economics and journalism.

Before entering the research field, Bob spent more than fifteen years in technology and operations management. He was Managing Director at TDI, a technology based company that included distribution, systems integration, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) business units. He was also corporate CIO at Eastern Technologies, a manufacturer serving the defense and commercial vehicle industries and division CIO at the Acoustic Research business unit of International Jensen, a publicly traded consumer electronics company. Parker began his career with Sanders Associates, a Fortune 500 defense electronics company and also held a management post with publicly traded firearms manufacturer, Sturm, Ruger.
Mr. Parker holds an MBA, with a concentration in decision support systems, from New Hampshire College. His undergraduate work was done at Rivier College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Accounting.

Susan Feinberg is a Senior Research Director in TowerGroup's Wholesale Banking research service. Susan is a recognized thought leader in the area of global transaction services with a focus on treasury and cash management, trade finance, Internet delivery of corporate banking services, supply chain finance, and corporate electronic payments.
Susan has over 25 years of experience in wholesale banking. Before joining TowerGroup in 2004, she held product management and professional service positions at several leading technology providers to the wholesale banking industry. Prior to her vendor experience, Susan spent 13 years in wholesale banking at Bank of Boston in a variety of positions in cash management (domestic and international product management and Latin American consulting), commercial lending, and operations.
Susan is both an Accredited ACH Professional and a permanent Certified Cash Manager. She was a participant in the groundbreaking Financial Services Technology Consortium E-Check and BIPS (bank Internet payment system) projects and previously served as the chair of the operations committee of the NACHA Cross Border Council. She is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences, including the AFP Annual Conference, NACHA Payments Conference, and several regional Treasury Management Association conferences. She has served as a guest lecturer on the topic of cash management at the Boston University Graduate School of Electronic Payments and at Bentley College.
