Thanks to all of you who attended Customer Connection 2010 held April 12 – 14 in Dallas, Texas. Your participation in educational sessions, keynotes, and networking activities helped make it one of our best conferences yet! General Sessions
Our General Sessions emphasized the overall theme of Customer Connection 2010—our customers. Sterling Commerce executives Bob Irwin, President and CEO; and Joel Reed, Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, talked about our mission and goal for Customer Connection—to help you get more value from your investment in our solutions.

Our customer keynote speakers Stacie Derousseau, Vice President, IT, Hostess Brands, Inc; and John Thompson, Senior Vice President and General Manager, BestBuy.com, both shared their organization’s experience using Sterling Commerce applications and solutions to optimize and transform the way they do business.

   
 

2010 Innovation Awards
Each year, Sterling Commerce honors customers who have demonstrated innovative use of Sterling Commerce services and solutions to improve business processes, increase performance and efficiencies, and overcome technological or operational challenges. The Sterling Commerce Innovation Awards recognize our customers’ achievements in optimizing and transforming their business collaboration network.
